"A long border and active trades with China put Vietnam at a high risk for the COVID-19 outbreak. However, the country had successful outcomes with a modest budget for community prevention against the disease. In the light of this success, our survey concerning health literacy and prevention measures taken among Vietnamese adults would provide useful information for the continuous prevention efforts. This study is conducted as a part of the multi-country COVID-19 survey led by Aichi Medical University and in collaboration with the JICA partnership project." 「中国との長い国境があり貿易も盛んなベトナムは、COVID-19蔓延の大きなリスクに直面しました。しかし、限られた予算で効率よく地域ぐるみの予防に成功しました。この経験を今後も継続する予防策に活かすべく、ヘルスリテラシーと予防行動について成人を対象とした調査を行います。この調査は愛知医科大学が主幹で複数の国において実施する研究事業の一環として、またJICA草の根事業の支援も受けて実施します。」
